Sunlight Apartments have a centrally located, in house maintenance team. Although we expect nothing to go wrong in your apartment, you are safe in the knowledge that should you have a problem, this service is just a phone call away.
Car parking
Secure car parking is available at Maltings Place Apartments, for residents at this location. An extra cost is charged for this facility.
Digital TV
Our Digital TV service provides up to 48 channels including BBC digital, ITV digital, FilmFour, News, children, and music services. In addition there are 24 digital radio channels.
Management offices
Sunlight manages all apartments from offices based at Maltings Place. Offices are open Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 and contact details are provided for you in your apartment handbook. Night time and weekend security personnel are also in place at both locations.
Broadband
Every Sunlight Apartment is now equipped with 2MB unlimited Broadband, which is included in your price!
