Our extensive range of apartments at Maltings Place combines recently completed and modern apartments with the popular warehouse conversions. The converted apartments benefit from the original features, many of which have been retained throughout restoration.

Wooden floors combine with modern furniture, neutral décor, and eye catching kitchens finished with a high quality corian work top.

Our apartments have been designed and furnished very carefully, in order to provide our guests with a combination of comfort and sophistication. Wooden flooring features predominantly across the board, enhancing the sense of a modernistic lifestyle we work hard to promote.
All apartments are equipped with combined washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and full kitchen packs including toasters, kettles and microwaves. Provision is also made, without exception, for cable television and broadband connection. There is no extra charge for these services! See our Services page for further information.
